Comfort Commerce provides digital services, including web development, ecommerce setup, integrations, and related technical consulting. No physical goods are shipped as part of these service engagements unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Project Start & Onboarding
- Work begins after order confirmation and completion of the required initial milestone.
- Clients may be asked to provide brand assets, technical access, and project requirements.
- Project timelines begin once all required onboarding materials are received.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary by service scope, complexity, and response time for approvals. Estimated schedules are shared during project planning and may be updated as requirements evolve.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete requirements, credentials, and content assets.
- Respond to approvals, questions, and review requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain valid ownership or usage rights for all materials provided to our team.
7. Delays & Dependencies
Delivery dates may shift when delays occur from third-party providers, platform outages, missing client inputs, or other dependencies outside our direct control.
8. Completion & Handover
- Final delivery is provided after completion of the agreed project scope.
- Handover may include source files, documentation, and access transition details as applicable.
- Post-delivery support follows the support terms specified in the service package.
9. Service Availability
Support and delivery communications are handled during business hours. Response times may vary based on active workload and project priority.
